I'm sorry but I can't rate the product because I never received it. Dicom claims that they delivered it on June 30th. but I did not get it I contacted Dicom by phone twice on July 02 and the guaranteed I would have it no later than Friday July 3rd. I had to have it by Friday or I couldn't use it. I contacted Micheal Whiteman at Wurth Ext #2217 and explained the situation and asked for a credit which she said she would issue. She was very helpful and understood my situation. I am looking forward to dealing with Wurth in the future but not sure about Dicom. ( Sales Order #05285669 waybill 39504788 ) Please credit my account. Thanks John
