Instructions
| All panels must be primed and clean from contamination before application |
| To achieve best results, spray product approximately 10-12 inches away from the surface. If this distance is closer than 10-12 inches product overload will occur i.e.; running, patchy finish, etc. Whereas if the distance is too far away, the finished product will be very coarse in finish |
| The product should be applied in a flowing sideward motion, going left to right, a slight overlap is required of each motion, keeping this to a minimum, thus avoiding any unwanted build up of the product |
| Any overspray should be cleaned off within a few minutes of application |
| Setting times: All the gravel guards are paintable with any modern paint system after 1-2 hours (finger touch dry). If the gravel guards are left longer than 12 hours, the product will require prepping before any further work can be applied over it, (red or grey Scotchbrite is ideal) |
| After 24 hours the product can be mechanically sanded with minimum 120 grit paper. If several layers are to be applied, DO NOT FORCE DRY, if this is done, the product’s solvents will be unable to escape, leaving a hard skin on the outside and remaining soft underneath |
| If multiple coats are required it is important to wait 1-2 hours between coats, then apply the next layer, thus allowing the solvents to escape. |

i use it for rocker panels and underneath car bodies works very well i tell many of my customers the quality is good most time had cpl cans that had issues but wurth took care of it and replaced them

It has been a great product but last 2 cases had few cans that didn’t spray well but wurth replaced them which is very good customer service and is why I will continue to use the product as I understand once in a while your gonna get a can or two that may not be perfect but that happens and you replace them so I’m very happy with the service and products
