Instructions

Preparation: Remove all dirt, grease, oil, salt, rust, loose paint and chemical contaminants. Previously coated surfaces must be sound and in good condition. Lightly sand glossy surfaces.
Application: Apply Outdoors. Apply when temperature is between 10-32ºC (50-90ºF) and humidity is below 65% to ensure proper drying. Priming is not recommended. Do not apply to surfaces, when heated, exceed 93°C (200°F). Avoid spraying in very windy or dusty conditions. Cover surrounding area to protect from overspray. Shake can vigorously for one minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle. If mixing ball fails to rattle DO NOT STRIKE CAN. Hold can upright 25-40cm (10-16”) from surface and spray in a steady back and forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke. Keep the can same distance from the surface. Keep the can in motion while spraying. Apply two or more light coats a few minutes apart to avoid drips and runs. Do not use near open flame.
Dry & recoat times: Dry and recoat times are based on 21°C (70°F) and 50% relative humidity. Allow more time at cooler temperatures. Dries to the touch in 20 minutes and is fully dry in 30 minutes. May recoat at any time.
Clean-up: Clean valve immediately after using by turning can upside down and depressing spray button for 3-5 seconds. Clean up wet paint with xylene or mineral spirits.
Clogging: If the valve clogs, twist and pull off spray tip and rinse in a solvent such as mineral spirits. Do not insert any object into can valve opening.
