Hex Bolts & Assortments
Hex bolts have hexagonal (6 sided) heads and are used with a nut or tapped hole. They are also known as hex cap screws or machine bolts.
Metric Hex SEMS Bolts
Metric hex SEMS bolts have a hexagonal (6 sided) head with a washer built into the head. Like a regular hex bolt, they are used with a nut or a tapped hole.
Standard Hex Tap Bolts
Standard Hex Tap bolts are similar to hex bolts except they are fully threaded from the head to the end of the bolt.
Flange bolts have a circular flange under the head that is similar to a washer. Non-serrated flange bolts are also known as frame bolts.
Self Locking Flange Bolts
Self locking flange bolts are similar to flange bolts. However, there are serated edges on the underside of the flange to help prevent the possibility of disassembly.
Standard Plow Bolts
Plow bolts have a countersunk head and square neck to prevent turning when tightened or removed. They are often used on farming and other heavy equipment.
Standard Carriage Bolts
Carriage bolts have a smooth rounded head with a small square section underneath called a shoulder. Carriage bolts are often used as a wood to wood fastener in construction.
Standard Elevator Bolts
Elevator bolts have a large flat head and are often used in conveyor systems, such as grain elevators. The large head helps to stop the bolt from going through soft materials.
Specialty Fastener - Camtainer®
Camtainer® bolts are specially designed to improve the assembly of trucks and trailers. They are high strength and protect against corrosion and leakage.
Bottom Rail Bolts
A Bottom Rail Bolt, also known
as the cross member bolt, is a
structural bolt used in the assembly
of truck trailers to fasten the
bottom rail and the side wall to the cross member.
Standard Bumper Bolts
Bumper bolts, similar to carriage bolts, have a smooth rounded head with a shoulder. Carriage bolts are often used as an automotive fastener.
